About the owner

Jason Garner has been in the tax and financial industry since 2006. Jason graduated from Berry College with a B.S in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management. Jason has also achieved the distinction of being an Enroll Agent. An Enrolled Agent is the only certification that allows full IRS representation rights in all 50 states. Jason resides in Euharlee, GA with his wife and 3 children and loves assisting individuals with their individual taxes and starting their business dreams.

What is an Enrolled Agent?

An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by either passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns, or through experience as a former IRS employee. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years.

Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), have unlimited practice rights.
